Brendan Jackson

Brendan Jackson is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and joined the KWTX First Alert weather team in July 2025.
Brendan is new to Texas, having been born in New York and growing up in New Jersey and Washington state.
Following his love of athletics, Brendan played baseball all the way through high school and even played in college for 2 years at Skagit Valley College in Washington before transferring to OU to chase another lifelong dream, becoming a meteorologist.
While at OU, Brendan participated in the university’s student newscast OU Nightly where he found a passion for the broadcast side of the meteorology world.
He graduated from OU in May of 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology.
Brendan loves good movies and shows and is always happy to offer suggestions for your next watch.
He likes spending his free time at the gym working out or on the golf course trying to improve his swing.
He also loves watching a lot of different sports, both college and professional, and is a huge New York Yankees fan.
