Gloomy, Damp, and Chilly to Start the Week.
Sub-Freezing Temps Possible Tuesday Morning
Another chilly day on Monday to start your work week and a bit on the damp side as well with lots of cloud cover and a few showers moving through. Warmer air will move back in towards the middle of the week but not before mother nature hits us with one more absolutely frigid morning on Tuesday.
A gray and gloomy Monday is in store for us, and a chilly one as well. Afternoon highs will only get into the upper 40s and we likely will not see the sun at all as clouds will blanket us for the entire day. A few light showers will move through parts of our area throughout the day adding to the gloom but they won’t be heavy, just a bit of drizzle to keep us miserable.

As the cloud cover moves out overnight Monday, Tuesday morning will be a cold one. Temperatures as you are headed out the door will be right around the freezing mark with some areas getting as low as the mid-upper 20s. After that we will start to warm up a bit so those frigid mornings will not be sticking around.

More rain is expected to move in on Thursday as well as a drop in temperatures. It will not be as steep of a drop as we saw this weekend but we will be getting back down into the lower 50s for highs. After tomorrow, 50s and 60s for highs will be the norm through at least next weekend.
