In this week’s Degrees of Science we are talking with Dr. Julio Fernandez-Mendoza, who is a professor of psychiatry and behavioral health, neuroscience and experimental therapeutics at the Penn State University College of Medicine. Dr. Fernandez-Mendoza talks with us about why the amount, and quality, of sleep is important for heart health, and some helpful tips to improve your sleep.
