The victim reported a troubled relationship with Hernandez-Reyes and said they eventually separated.

On Jan. 6, 2016, the victim arrived at Hernandez-Reyes’ home to pick up her children, but they were not there.

The victim alleged Hernandez-Reyes pulled off her clothes and sexually assaulted her, the affidavit states.

According to the document, the victim soon learned she was pregnant as a result of the sexual assault.

The woman reportedly told several people what happened and those individuals corroborated her story with the police detective.

The bond for the sexual assault charge was set at $10,000 but Hernandez-Reyes is being held on an immigration detainer, meaning Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will place a hold on his release if he is able to come up with the $1,000 to bond out of the McLennan County Jail.
