Man caused rollover on I-35 when he ‘brake checked’ vehicle with his heavy duty pickup: affidavit
McLENNAN COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) - A man was arrested after he was blamed for a rollover on I-35 in McLennan County, a criminal complaint affidavit states.
Harry Clark Munn III, 23, was charged with accident involving personal injury, according to online jail records and the affidavit.
According to the document, Munn was traveling northbound on I-35 on Dec. 9 in a 2019 Ford F-350 heavy duty pickup. The exact location was not specified in the affidavit.

“After passing another vehicle, Harry intentionally brake checked the other vehicle, causing them to suddenly stop,” the complaint states.
The operator of an 18-wheeler was forced to “suddenly swerve to avoid a collision,” the complaint further states.
The 18-wheeler, however, collided with a Toyota 4Runner traveling in the outside lane, causing the 4Runner to roll over.
Munn, the affidavit alleges, was “observed accelerating away from the scene as he attempted to avoid getting hit by the rolling 4Runner.”
Munn “did not return to the scene as required by Texas law following a collision that resulted in injury,” the affidavit further states.
No further details were provided in the document.
Munn was booked into the McLennan County Jail on Dec. 10 on a $3,000 bond.
