WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Two Waco Police Sergeants are being recognized for completing an intensive leadership training program.
Sergeants Johnson and Stone graduated from the School of Police Supervision. Its a four-week course that helps officers move from patrol duties into leadership roles.

Killeen ISD bus driver Quentin Branch took 7th at the State Roadeo.
He earned his spot after placing 3rd in Driving Skills and 2nd overall at the Regional Competition.
His performance shows the skill and dedication of KISD’s Transportation Team keeping students safe every day.

Congrats to Waco student Madeline Gamez a 2025 graduate of Midway High School.
She has been named a winner of the Carter Bloodcare Influencer Scholarship contest.
The contest encouraged student blood donors to develop awareness campaigns about the urgent need for blood donations in Texas.
