Brian Richards to lead Rescue for PTSD, providing free service dogs to veterans

CENTRAL TEXAS (KWTX) - Brian Richards has been elected president of Rescue for PTSD, an organization providing free service dogs and training to veterans.
Richards is a former Army veteran with 20 years of service and multiple tours. He credits his own service dog, Gus, for his healing.
Richards and Gus support students and veterans at Central Texas College, continuing his dedication to service and leadership.
