WACO, Texas (KWTX) - It’s good news Friday, let’s get it started.
A big happy birthday to Caden Powell.
He turned the big 22-years-old this week.
Caden is one of the newest members of the Baylor Men’s Basketball team.
His mom says, happy birthday Caden.
And 27 temple ISD students have earned a total of 38 Academic Honors from the College Board National Recognition Programs.
The awards include first-generation recognition, school recognition, and honor top-performing students.
Congratulations to all the Wildcats.
Central Texas College is flying high! Graduates and programs were celebrated at the workforce solutions of Central Texas Phoenix Awards Ceremony, recognized for their achievements and hard work.
And happy 60th birthday to Central Texas College.
Fort Hood deeded 565 acres to create the community college and then-U.S. President Lyndon Johnson came to Killeen to open it!
