Academy’s Brian Grissom named Built Ford Tough 3A Player of the Week

ACADEMY, Texas (KWTX) - Little River Academy senior running back Brian Grissom was presented the Built Ford Tough 3A Player of the Week award this week for his week 10 performance against McGregor.
On October 31, Grissom rushed set school rushing records in both single game yards and touchdowns after running for 480 yards and seven touchdowns on 29 carries in a 56-49 victory over McGregor.
The win over McGregor helped secure the second seed in the District 11-3A standings and a playoff berth for first year head coach Ty Kuhn.
