Hamilton punches ticket to 2A Division I State Championship

IOWA PARK, Texas (KWTX) - The Hamilton Bulldogs are headed to the ship after defeating West Texas, 28-12 in the 2A Division I state semifinals on Thursday.
Hamilton (13-2) took down an undefeated West Texas team (14-1) to secure their first trip to a state title game in school history.
The Bulldogs will take on the winner of Refugio (13-0) and Joaquin (10-4) in the 2A Division I state title game on Wednesday, December 17 at 7:00 p.m. at Jerry World in Arlington.
