Classroom Champions: Mexia’s Adriano Mendoza

MEXIA, Texas (KWTX) - Adriano Mendoza is a captain on the football team and is ranked number one in his class academically.
Mendoza has big plans for his future.
“I plan to continue with my football career, or study aerospace engineering,” said Mendoza.
In addition to football, Mendoza’s played baseball throughout high school and is involved with numerous clubs.
“I’m the president of our FFA. I’m also in NHS,” said Mendoza.
Mexia head coach Aaron Nowell said Mendoza makes his teammates better in every way.
Mendoza loves the Mexia community and is thankful for all their support over the years.
