Classroom Champions: Clifton’s Joaquin De La Hoya

CLIFTON, Texas (KWTX) - This week’s Texas Best Chevy Dealers Classroom Champion is Clifton’s Joaquin De La Hoya.
After the Clifton team quarterback suffered an injury, the then sophomore running back Joaquin De La Hoya stepped up to fill the position and ended up becoming a three-year starter and All-District performer.
De La Hoya is ranked 17th in his class and hopes to study finance in college next year. He is undecided on his college decision next year.
