Cold front slides through today
It’s cold front day! We have changes to our weather coming as our next cold front slides across the area today. It will bring us sunny, cooler, and breezy conditions for our Sunday. By midday, the stronger north winds will pull in drier air, clearing out any morning clouds and fog fairly quickly. Highs will only reach the upper 50s (closer to 60 the farther south you are), but the breezy north winds will make it feel cooler.
Tonight will be cold under a clear sky, with lows dropping close to freezing. Monday stays sunny and cool, with highs in the 50s.
For the rest of the week, temperatures steadily warm as high pressure builds to the west. Highs reach the 60s on Tuesday, low 70s Wednesday, and could approach 80 in spots by Thursday. The warm up comes to a hard stop as another strong cold front arrives late Thursday. We have a much colder Friday and weekend—with highs staying in the 50s and lows back into the 30s. Even with all of these fronts coming through, no rain is expected throughout the week.
