Killeen ISD student arrested in connection to assault in September at high school

KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) - Killeen ISD Police arrested a student today, November 5, 2025, in connection with an assault that occurred on September 18, 2025, at Killeen High School.

After a review by the Bell County District Attorney’s Office, the case was filed as assault causing bodily injury.

Police say the student was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bell County Jail.

“Killeen ISD appreciates the community’s patience as this process moved forward. The district followed all required procedures to ensure the investigation and legal review were completed thoroughly and appropriately,” Killeen ISD said.

“Killeen ISD remains committed to maintaining a safe learning environment and addressing all matters in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct and applicable law.”

Because this case involves a student, KISD says no additional information will be released.
