WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A Waco man is accused of continuously sexually assaulting two young girls from Oct. 1, 2020, to Oct. 5, 2025, according to an arrest affidavit.

Johnny Maxon-Billings, 33, was arrested for sexual assault, the document states.

The documents states a detective with Waco PD was assigned a CPS referral for a follow-up investigation regarding allegations of sexual abuse.

The detective interviewed the first victim, who made an “outcry of continuous sexual abuse that occurred for approximately 5 years,” the affidavit states.

The first victim told police Maxon-Billings had sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions, according to the affidavit.

The second victim also told police Maxon-Billings had also sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions, the document states.

Both victims had a Medical Wellness Exam where “the medical professional confirmed the outcry in the Medical Wellness Exam was consistent with the outcry in the forensic interview,” according to the affidavit.

Maxon-Billings was arrested and booked in the McLennan County Jail. His bond has not been set yet.
