Waco car dealership holds ribbon cutting for newly installed EV charging stations

WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Bird Kultgen Ford in Waco held a ribbon cutting Thursday to unveil their newly installed DC fast charging stations for electric vehicles.
KWTX was told these are the first DC fast chargers in Waco and they’re the fastest ones available in McLennan County.
The Vice President of BK Ford Mark Stewart says with more people driving electric vehicles, it’s important to ensure there’s plenty of resources available.
“Our goal is to make BK Ford a convenient, reliable destination for all EV drivers in Waco,” Stewart said.
The chargers work with most electric vehicle models and will be available to the public 24/7.
