Community protests ICE arrest of Waco worker Noe Guerrero

WACO, Texas (KWTX) - This morning, the Heart of Texas Network for Immigrant Rights hosted a protest in support of Waco construction worker Noe Guerrero, who was arrested by ICE on July 24.

Guerrero was arrested for failing to carry ID documents. His employer states that the documents were in Guerrero’s truck.

Yesterday, federal criminal charges against Guerrero were dropped, meaning he will soon be released from jail and into ICE custody.
