Decades of service: Mission Waco celebrates Joyce Heckmann ahead of 103rd birthday

WACO, Texas (KWTX) — Joyce Heckmann, who will turn 103 on Dec. 22, got an early start on her birthday at Mission Waco.
The organization chose to celebrate this milestone with her as Heckmann has been a pillar at the nonprofit, giving her time and support for decades.
