It’s been a rather rare weather pattern for early July across Central Texas with all of the rain that we have seen, but we will be gradually shifting back to a more typical weather pattern for this time of year.

Most of us will remain rain-free on Thursday, but a few isolated showers are possible across our eastern counties. For those of us that miss out on the rain Thursday, we will see highs in the low 90s and heat index values near 100°. We look to remain rain-free Friday, but more spotty rain chances return into the weekend.

High pressure will gradually build back in next week. That will lead to decreasing rain chances and our high temperatures building back into the mid 90s!
